Mental Health & Collective Resources

A collection of tools, guides, and resources for navigating personal and collective care.

Offered through a lens of community care, these materials are not a substitute for therapy, legal advice, or emergency services. Instead, they are shared to support your safety, autonomy, mental well-being, and readiness—resources to draw from as you move through a complex world, rooted in mutual aid, dignity, and informed choice.

Mental Health Crisis & Peer Support (including non-police options)

Shared with care and caution, this list offers crisis and support resources, some of which are rooted in peer support and non-carceral approaches. Every system has its limits, so we encourage discernment and community in choosing what feels most supportive for you.
