I offer a sliding scale to help make therapy more accessible to those navigating financial limitations. You’re invited to choose a rate within the $150–$200 range that feels sustainable for you. This is a pay-what-you-can model within that range—no application or proof of income is required. There is no “right” amount, only what’s doable for you right now. I trust you to choose with honesty and care.
