Health & Comfort Considerations for In-Person Sessions
I am committed to making in-person therapy as accessible and safe as possible, particularly for clients who are immunocompromised or otherwise at greater risk of illness. The following health and safety precautions are in place:
- Masking: Optional for both you and me. You’re always welcome to request this for comfort.
- Air Purification & Routine Cleaning: Air purifiers are used in the office, and shared surfaces are cleaned regularly.
- Telehealth Option: Please stay home if you feel unwell, even with mild symptoms. Telehealth sessions are available as a safe and convenient alternative. I also offer telehealth for those who prefer to minimize exposure due to health concerns.

Land Acknowledgement
I recognize that my practice exists on the traditional lands of the Kumeyaay people, who continue to care for and defend this land. I am committed to supporting Indigenous sovereignty, the Land Back movement, and liberation-centered healing, while continually learning how to be a responsible guest here and move toward right relationship and accountability in this space.
This acknowledgment is part of an ongoing commitment to learning, accountability, and material support of Indigenous communities and Indigenous initiatives.
If you’re interested in learning more or engaging further, you’re welcome to explore the Indigenous lands you reside on through Native-Land.ca or learn more about Indigenious-led organizations working in and around Kumeyaay land, including groups such as Tipey Joa Native Warriors.
